According to the public procurement register, the University of Tartu wants to receive individual management coaching for its management. According to a university representative, this is a common practice aimed at supporting the work of senior management.
The tender document states that the university wants to sign a contract for the use of up to ten coaches. “The purpose of the coaching is to provide the University of Tartu executives with the opportunity to collaborate with a professional management coach,” the document states.
The estimated tender amount is 42,000 euros.
