Statistics in Finland show that the unemployment rate of our northern neighbors is showing a clear downward trend, which indicates an improving economic situation in the country.
According to the Finnish Unemployment Insurance Fund, the unemployment rate decreased by 1.4 percentage points compared to May, reaching six percent, YLE reports.
This is the fastest decline in the unemployment rate since spring 2022, with the most noticeable decline among young people aged 17-30, where unemployment fell by a quarter to reach five percent.
