According to the public procurement register , the State Center for Information and Communication Technologies (RIT) plans to purchase a chatbot for 142 thousand euros.
The chatbot is designed to respond to information requests, and its goal is to reduce the number of requests and improve their quality, as follows from the explanation on government procurement.
Providers have until July 26 to apply for RIT.
The center serves six ministries and more than 75 institutions. According to the institution's goals, IT assistance should be available to government agencies 24 hours a day.
RIT employs more than 200 people.
