The Climate Minister has sent for approval a project according to which 160 million euros in renovation benefits will be distributed among apartment associations.

“The expected amount of support will help put in order the homes of more than 20,000 people throughout Estonia. In case of complete reconstruction, heating savings can double. With the change in the terms of support, we are paying more attention to the quality of the living environment, as well as reducing the risks of apartment associations when ordering work and solving market problems,” commented Climate Minister Kristen Michal.
