
Smart Park Namysłów
The first stage of the Smart Park Namysłów project covers approximately 8,000 m² of leasable space, out of 12,000 m² planned for the entire facility. The planned opening will take place in the second half of 2025. The tenants will include: food operator Biedronka and top tenants of retail parks. Smart Park Namysłów will be built next to the future city bypass and opposite the production plant of the well-known Velux company.
Smart Park Tarnowskie Góry
Smart Park Tarnowskie Góry is a project next to an existing Lidl store and a gas station and in the area of intensive residential investments. The opening of the retail park is planned for the second half of 2025. Tarnowskie Góry, located in the central part of the Silesian Voivodeship, is the largest railway freight hub in Poland.
Smart Park Poddębice
Smart Park Poddębice is a project with a leasable area of 4,500 m², scheduled to open in the second half of 2025. The greatest economic advantage of the Poddębice district is its abundance of geothermal energy, which creates enormous opportunities in the field of energy, balneology and recreation.
