
The six-month European interbank offer rate (Euribor), to which most housing loans in Estonia, at the beginning of the current week slipped below 2.62%, writes rus.err.ee.On Monday, January 20, it stood at 2.619%, the lowest since January 6. At its peak in mid October 2023, the level interest rate exceeded 4%. The highest Euribor
