Homepark Janki expands its offer with the ENGWE store with electric bikes

The IWC Home and Dion brands were already present in Homepark Janki with their basic offer including sofas, tables, coffee tables, chairs, beds and mattresses, as well as high-quality accessories such as lamps and vases. Both brands are known for their attention to high quality, design and a wide range of upholstery fabrics.

In June 2024, thanks to the lease of almost 700 sq m. area, the largest showroom of these brands in Poland was arranged. This allows for a much more complete presentation of the IWC Home and Dion offers. Here we have larger space, cozy design, the latest collections and inspiring arrangements. Minimalism meets functionality and creates interiors tailored to the needs of the most demanding customers.

– At Homepark Janki, we have built the richest and most diverse interior design offer in the southwestern Warsaw agglomeration. Customers will find here brands offering furniture for every interior, from the kitchen, through bedrooms, dressing rooms, children's and work rooms, to a wide range of living room furniture and outdoor furniture. The largest showroom of the IWC Home and Dion brands in Poland significantly improves the quality of this offer in terms of design and functionality. Let's not forget that the interior design offer of Homepark Janki, similarly to other retail parks operating under this brand, is expanded to include other product categories, such as electronics, household appliances, DIY, pharmaceuticals and cosmetics, and a popular grocery store. Our customers appreciate all this. The new IWC Home and Dion showroom will certainly meet their interest – comments Agata Brzezińska, Head of CEE at Pradera.

Customers also value IWC Home for its service and advice, as well as punctuality and quick deliveries. The same is the case with the Dion brand, which was created for people who appreciate good design and are aware of changing trends. In the flagship showroom of this brand in Homepark Janki, we see a passion for beauty and simplicity in perfect proportions, where every detail is refined. All that remains is to visit the new showroom of these brands as soon as possible and take advantage of their offer.

Homepark is a common brand of 4 Polish retail parks, located in Warsaw (Janki and Targówek), Katowice (Rawa) and Poznań (Franowo). They include showrooms of chain brands such as Komfort, Jula, Bel-Pol, Arte, as well as unique local producers. The offer is complemented by grocery stores, fashion stores, children's accessories and pet products stores.

The owner of Homepark retail parks is the Pradera European Retail Parks fund, which belongs to Pradera – a fund managing the assets of shopping centers and retail parks in Europe. Pradera was founded in 1999 and its €3.4 billion portfolio includes over 59 shopping centers and parks in the UK, Spain, Italy, Germany, Poland, France, Czech Republic, Greece, Turkey and Abu Dhabi with a total of 2,500 stores . The property is managed by BNP Paribas Real Estate Poland. Cushman & Wakefield is responsible for commercialization.
