From the correspondence of officials, which accidentally ended up at the disposal of Delfi Forte, it follows that the government is taking the first steps towards introducing another tax for car owners – the issue of introducing a tax on traffic jams is on the agenda. It is not known whether the initiative to introduce a new tax was born in the minds of officials Ministry of Regional Development and Agriculture, or the order to prepare the ground was given by Minister Piret Hartman (Social Democratic Party).
