The boom in the market of milk and its processors
According to last data from GUS , the average price of milk in the market in Poland is the highest for nearly two years. Prices of milk processes are also increasing. The GDT Index showing changes in prices of milk processes on the New Zealand platform despite a slight decline on the last session is at the highest level since mid 2022 year. In Union on average milk is the most expensive since February 2023 year, a in Poland from December 2022 year.

In November according to GUS data, the average price of raw milk in supermarket
in Poland increased by 6,0 proc. to level 233.47 £/100 l. From November 2023
to November 2024 milk has increased by 12.7 proc.
