The Perekrestok retail chain has entered into an agreement with the Chuva agricultural holding. The agreement was signed as part of a strategic partnership with poultry meat suppliers; cooperation is aimed at expanding the range of the company’s own brand “Green Line”.

As the chain’s press service reported, the parties agreed to supply Perekrestok with more than 380 tons of grain-fed poultry meat by the end of 2024. Thanks to the partnership, the Green Line assortment will include such items as chicken breast and thigh fillets, steaks and minced meat, as well as drumsticks and broiler chicken carcass – 6 items in total. All products have the necessary mandatory documentation and quality certificates.
“Green Line” is Perekrestok’s own trademark. Its line includes more than 650 items. The company plans to increase the range of products by including semi-finished products. The new products are already supplied to 682 supermarkets of the retail chain in Moscow, Samara and Nizhny Novgorod. In the future, Perekrestok plans to expand its supply geography.
According to internal data of the retail chain, the range of chilled meat products makes up more than 8% of the total product offering, 23% of positions are presented under the company’s own brand “Green Line”.
