BIG Poland bought Glinianka Park from Redkom Development.
Last year, Redkom Development completed 27,000 GLA of retail parks, and another 60,000 GLA is currently under construction.
Glinianka Park in the hands of BIG Poland
On June 29, Park Glinianka in Łubna took on a new name – BIG Łubna and joined the group of BIG shopping centers in Poland.
BIG Poland's development plans go much further and further facilities under the BIG brand will welcome customers in various regions of Poland, including: in Ostróda and Piła.
BIG Łubna is a shopping complex with an area of 10,200 sq m. GLA, located at ul. Puławska, in the southern suburbs of Warsaw, composed of two zones – commercial and service and recreational and leisure. The shopping offer of BIG Łubna includes the Carrefour supermarket and stores of such brands as: Dealz, Home Landia, Jysk, KIK, Maxi Zoo, Pepco, Rossmann, Sinsay, Tedi, Verona, and the Grzybki bakery. The facility also includes the first playroom in Poland combined with kindergarten services under the Fikołka brand. The concept will start operating in September 2024, and in the summer the Sphinx restaurant will welcome guests.
