The goal of the transaction is for the bidders to achieve 100 percent. total number of votes in Comarch SA in order to withdraw the company's shares from trading on the regulated market and enable its further development as a private company. The entity purchasing the shares is Aspa sp. z o. o. controlled by CVC Capital Partners Fund IX – we read in the company's announcement.
