According to the Unified State Register of Real Estate, at the end of June, the Azimut company, associated with the local Tverkapstroy, became the new owner of the site on Volokolamsky Avenue in the center of Tver.
In 2008, Accent Capital planned to build a 60 thousand square meter Pallada shopping center on a site in Tver, but work was not started. Consultants estimated the value of the asset at 500 million rubles.
Accent Capital also intends to sell the Sokolniki shopping center it owns in the east of Moscow, gaining about 3 billion rubles for it.
