The number of registered unemployed is rising in Estonia for the thirteenth week in a row, writes Rus.ERR.
As of
as of January 26 January, there were 51 086 people – 245 more than the weeks earlier.
The registered unemployment rate increased from 7.3% to 7.4% of the economically active population.
In counties the highest unemployment level is still in Ida-Virumaa, where it is 13% (7493 unemployed).
The lowest unemployment level remains in Hiiumaa – 4.1%.
