Action strengthens its formula by investing in private label products. Hajir Hajji, CEO points out: “Our customers highly value Action's own brands due to their unrivaled price-quality ratio. That is why we constantly invest in the quality and durability of these products. We started with Zenova sun protection products and also run with our Spargo cleaning range and Hotel Royal swimwear. We want to be a leader in each of our 14 product categories, offering best-in-class private label at the lowest price.”

This year, Action created 3,182 new jobs. Action currently employs 72,222 people across Europe. Investments in growth and development opportunities resulted in 1,885 internal promotions.

In May, the first Action distribution center (DC) in Italy began delivering to stores, supporting the brand's international expansion. Action currently operates 87 stores in Italy, and the chain recently opened its first store in Puglia.
