Coming from a family with three generations of pastry chefs, Philippe Urweiller is the epitome of French confectionery excellence. His experience includes working for legends of the culinary world such as Paul Bocuse in a three-Michelin-starred restaurant and Pierre Hermé in Ladurée and Maison Pierre Hermé Paris, where he was the chef for seven years. His international career also includes the position of chef at Chocolaterie Nadège in Toronto, where he managed production and opened five restaurants, as well as cooperation with Alain Ducasse.
