The Moskvich plant will suspend car production during corporate holidays from July 22 to August 4, Avtostat reports, citing the company’s press service .

Currently, the Moskvich enterprise produces small SUVs Moskvich 3 and their electric version Moskvich 3e, as well as the Moskvich 6 sedan. In the first half of 2024, more than 10 thousand Moskvich cars were sold on the Russian car market, including almost 900 Moskvich 6 sedans and about 700 Moskvich 3e electric vehicles, the automaker reports.
In general, by the end of 2024, the Moskvich automobile plant plans to sell 27 thousand cars versus 15.3 thousand cars last year. Thus, sales growth could be about 75%.
