The form, procedure for reporting, recording and issuing personal medical records to employees, including in the form of an electronic document, were approved by Order of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation dated February 18, 2022 No. 90n, which came into force on September 1, 2023. This order provides that a personal medical record is formed based on the results of preliminary and periodic medical examinations of employees in the form of an electronic document. At the same time, until September 1, 2024, it is allowed to issue and maintain previously issued paper personal medical records, drawn up in the form approved by order of Rospotrebnadzor dated May 20, 2005 No. 402.
Now the Ministry of Health has decided to extend this opportunity until September 1, 2025.
