A little history – the first food trucks appeared back in the 19th century and were ordinary vans with a cut-out window for dispensing food. Subsequently, they had refrigerators, water tanks, and gas stoves.

Henry Ford, who at that time worked as an engineer at the Edison company, also played an important role in the modification of vans, namely in their electrification. The evolution of this retail trend is constant, and if previously the interior “filling” of the kitchen was mostly modernized, today more and more attention is paid to the external design.
