Marina Vasilevskaya, who visited space this spring, took with her into orbit a Luch watch from the special Minsk-ISS collection. The device has found its place in the “Museum of Watchmaking”.
Company representatives promise to release this model into series.
According to the designers of “Lucha ” , the main manifestation of the space theme of the watch is expressed in the dial – the blue color creates the effect of the night sky, which is complemented by a white scattering of stars and the trajectory of a flying rocket. To create the effect of being in space, the ISS and Earth are depicted on the dial. Also, two geographical points are highlighted there – Minsk and Baikonur.
Completing the space theme is a lens-shaped glass that visually increases the size of the dial chamber – this gives an optical effect similar to gravitational distortion. The print located on the inside of the glass creates the image of a spacecraft window. The body has an unusual, streamlined and futuristic shape, vaguely reminiscent of a satellite device.
The Minsk-ISS collection was released on the day of Marina’s flight into space and quickly sold out. But due to the increased interest in watches, even more people will be able to purchase such a model in October.
