The Libresse brand will switch to the Russified name “Libresse”. The first shipments of products with the brand name in Russian began in May 2024. The full transition will occur as inventory is sold.

The Libresse brand is owned by Swedish personal care supplier Essity. In 2022, the Swedish company announced its withdrawal from the Russian market, and in 2023 the deal to sell the business to new owners took place.
Artyom Lebedev, who previously held the position of director of the division for the production of consumer paper in Russia at Essity LLC, was appointed General Director. Also on June 19, 2024, the company changed its name to Evolution of Comfort Limited Liability Company (EvoKom LLC).
“Under the terms of the deal, the Libresse brand should be Russified in 2024. In this regard, the brand’s products will be produced with the name “Libress” in Russian , ” commented Artyom Lebedev, General Director of EvoKom LLC .
He also clarified that after the transaction, the production capacity for the production of Libress brand products, which are produced at the factory in Venev, did not change.
In accordance with the terms of the deal, the TENA and Tork brands will also be Russified during 2024. Zewa brand products will continue to be produced under the same name.
