San Park will offer approximately 55,000 sq m. GLA and will provide customers with the opportunity to shop in over 40 stores of many brands. The tenants of the complex will include the most popular stores, including Jula, which will also be the largest store with an area of nearly 2,500 sq m, Action, CCC, HalfPrice, Rossmann, Sinsay, Sports Direct and many others. The food operator will be the Aldi supermarket. The parking lot will offer a total of 1,100 parking spaces. The Rituals cosmetics brand decided to open its first salon in Poland in a retail park in San Park. Starbucks, present mainly on high streets and traditional shopping centers, will also have its café in Mysiadle.
– The popular Putka and Wanda bakeries will be opened in the complex. Customers looking for selected products will also have Italian and Asian delicatessens at their disposal. There will also be a butcher shop with Kiszeczka's own products and a Koneser shop with selected alcohols. The Health&Beauty part will include, for example, Rituals, Vision Express and a pharmacy. San Park will also have a wide range of services, including: laundry or nail bar. Specialized stores, restaurants and cafes will occupy as many as 25 premises and a total area of 3,700 sq m. San Park will also feature gastronomic brands that will soon debut in our country.
– What is noteworthy is the above-average retail space, which allows several dozen tenants to open their sales points. The complex will provide a very extensive catering zone with many cafes and restaurants. One of the largest of them will be L'Osteria, measuring 450 sq m. There will also be a completely new Turkish concept, debuting in Poland, which we will inform you about soon. The dining options will also include restaurants serving burgers, sushi and Vietnamese bistros, says Jakub Sancak, member of the management board of ED SAN III Sancak.
– We are currently at the stage of advanced negotiations with the last tenants who will open their showrooms in the facility – adds Paweł Materny, the exclusive commercialization agent of San Park Mysiadło.
