Karkonosze stop – when is it opening?
The planned opening is announced for Q2/Q3 2025. The investment provides for approximately 30 retail and service premises on an area of 16,000 sq m. In its offer, the retail park emphasizes not only well-known, chain brands, but also supporting local business.
– We attach great importance to enabling Polish brands and local businesses to enter our retail park with sales. On the one hand, it is a form of support for those entrepreneurs who see their company in the concept of integrated sales. On the other hand, a local flair is something necessary for investments implemented outside the main metropolises – says Elżbieta Kutrasińska, Senior Leasing Manager, Redkom Development.
The Karkonosze stop, designed for approx. 30 retail and service premises, including fashion stores and a drive-thru restaurant, will also offer a spacious car park for 400 cars. The agent cooperating in the commercialization of the project is the consulting company Mallson Polska.
