Indykpol in the hands of the LDC Group
On November 7, 2023, the current owner of the Indykpol Capital Group – Rolmex SA – signed a conditional agreement for the sale to Drosed Holding SA (LDC group) of shares in Indykpol SA. The closing of the transaction was conditioned, among others, by: obtaining antitrust approval from the LDC group. Now this consent has been given.
LDC Group, originating from France, is the largest poultry producer in Europe listed on the Euronext stock exchange in Paris.
Drosed Holding, part of the LDC Group, is one of the main participants of the poultry products market in Poland. The portfolio includes brands such as: Zagrodowy, Drosed, Podlaski and Drop.
The company specializes in the processing and sale of poultry, as well as in the creation of fresh and frozen ready meals. It is present in France, Poland, Hungary, Belgium and Great Britain.
