Lewiatan improves own brand sales
Last year, the chain focused strongly on its own brand. What were the results?
Sales of Lewiatan's own brand products in 2023 amounted to PLN 625 million and were 9.1% higher than the previous year. The company introduced 44 new SKUs for sale, including 25 SKUs in the permanent assortment, closing the portfolio at the end of December 2023 with 505
products.
This year, companies want to continue implementing their own brand development strategies in terms of: producers, product brands, packaging graphic design and weight.
The key activities are:
– expansion of the product brand portfolio
– building new categories,
– optimization of raw material compositions,
– extensions of existing lines,
– optimization of the portfolio of existing categories.
