Last weekend, the 30th Regional Breeding Animal Exhibition in Szepietowo took place in Podlasie. 39 breeders submitted 117 females for the valuation of dairy cattle. These were mainly females of the Polish Holstein-Friesian breed of both color varieties, white and black (HO) and red and white (RW). The valuation was made in 14 categories. A novelty was the category of Brown Swiss cows. The judge of the valuation was Zdeněk Schaffelhoffer from the Czech Republic.

The most beautiful among adult females was the cow Boscand from the farm of Adan Pietruszyński from Straduny. Her father is the Dutch bull Esperanto, and her mother's father is the American Gameday. The super vaccine among cows in its maximum lactation gave over 14.5 thousand. kg of milk.
