A serious accident occurred on Tuesday around 11 a.m. in a field in Złotogłowice in the Nysa commune, Opole Voivodeship. The driver of a Scania truck, while unloading lime fertilizer, hit the medium voltage line with his lifted trailer – reports the Ratownictwo Opolskie portal.

As a result of the incident, the truck driver was taken to a hospital in Nysa for observation. Five teams of firefighters from the State Fire Service in Nysa, the Volunteer Fire Department in Rusocin and the Volunteer Fire Department in Prusinowice, as well as an energy emergency service, worked on site.
