In the TVP3 material, the company's commercial director, Grzegorz Marciniak, states that the dairy is currently focusing on trying to introduce its product range to most retail chains, which is not easy due to both quality and price requirements.
The company wants to develop the production of ripening yellow cheeses and cheeses for salads and barbecues.

There is a cheese room, powdering room, and 3 equipped laboratories. Initially, we thought about moving the lines and equipment from there, but after a deeper analysis, we decided to resume production in Ozorków. Of course, this will require significant expenditure, as the plant has been closed for 2.5 years. Why did OSM Ozorków go bankrupt?
When asked about the reason for the bankruptcy of OSM in Ozorków, Żebrowski pointed to excessive investments (two new production lines) and lack of raw materials.
According to Portal Spożywczy, the investments mentioned by Żebrowski were financed with a loan. The cooperative's total liabilities under credits and loans in 2019 amounted to PLN 9.7 million. The sum of all liabilities in the period preceding bankruptcy is PLN 20 million. Due to overinvestment, the cooperative lost financial liquidity and was unable to settle its liabilities. As a result, it did not pay its members for the purchased milk, as a result of which they began to leave the cooperative en masse, whose daily purchase decreased from 80,000 to 80,000. up to 4 thousand liters.
The dairy in Ciechanów received funds from the KPO
As Portal Spożywczy reported at the beginning of the year, the Ciechanów Dairy received funds from the KPO, of which PLN 100,000 was to be allocated to the plant in Ozorków.
President Żebrowski pointed out that this money was intended for the modernization of the equipment room and warehouse at the plant in Ozorków. The rest of the funds that the dairy is to receive in the fall will be allocated to the development of production at the plants in Ozorków and Góra.
– Once we obtain the IFS certificate, we are guaranteed sales through several retail chains. I hope that sales will increase by leaps and bounds, and this will show us the direction of further investments – emphasized President Żebrowski, quoted by Portal Spożywczy.
