The credit program “For native goods” has been extended and is constantly increasing the range of goods

Кредитная программа «На родныя тавары» продлена и постоянно увеличивает ассортимент товаров

Natalya Melnikova, head of the department for organizing trade and public catering at MART, announced the extension of the credit program “For native goods” until the end of 2025. In addition, the list of goods from Belarusian manufacturers for the purchase of which you can use a preferential loan has been significantly expanded, writes BELTA .

Since the launch of the credit program “For native countries”, introduced by Resolution of the Council of Ministers of December 29, 2023 No. 992 “On consumer lending”, contracts worth Br 177 million have been concluded.

The main goal of this program is to stimulate the development of retail trade, including in the regions, by providing the population with more comfortable conditions for purchasing goods.

Belarusbank issues loans for three years at a fixed rate of 4% per annum for the entire loan period for the purchase of goods from Belarusian manufacturers. The maximum amount per borrower is 300 basic units (Br 5328).

The list of goods for the purchase of which you can use such a loan has also been expanded: previously there were 12 groups of goods, today there are 27. In addition, additions can be made to the Resolution – both to the lists of manufacturers and groups of goods. Natalya Melnikova reported that MART receives a significant number of requests from manufacturers to be included in the list, and they are being processed.

She said that the issue of increasing the amount is being considered. Let us recall that earlier the head of the department, Alexey Bogdanov, said that its maximum could be increased from 300 basic units to 500. This is explained, in particular, by the high cost of wooden house kits compared to other types of products.
