The Tallinn Administrative Court on Friday revoked the primary legal protection granted to the youth environmental movement Fridays For Future Estonia in the dispute over the integrated permit for the Enefit Power oil refinery.

The process will continue, but until the decision comes into force, the comprehensive permit will remain in effect, and upon completion of construction, the plant will be able to begin operations immediately.
