– Management Board of Dr. Miele Cosmed Group SA based in Radom informs that the previously concluded agreement between the Company and Rossmann Supermarkety Drogeryczne Polska sp. z o. o. has obtained the status of a significant agreement in the financial year 2024. – the company announced.
The agreement was considered significant due to the fact that in the current financial year the total value of sales to Rossmann Supermarkety Drogeryczne Polska sp. z o. o. exceeded the threshold of 10% of the company's equity.
The subject of the agreement is the sale of own brands of cosmetics and household chemicals manufactured in the Dr. Group's production plants. Miele Cosmed Group.
