The Chinese e-commerce player will occupy 180,000 sq m. sq m in Magnice

Chiński gracz e-commerce zajmie 180 tys. mkw. w Magnicach

Under the agreement, the tenant rented hall B in the Wrocław South Logistics Hub park with an area of approximately 91,000 sq m, and in November it will also occupy hall C with an area of 34,000 sq m. Thus, it will increase its presence in the Wrocław investment from 55,000 sq m to nearly 180,000 sq m. The new halls will be equipped with advanced automation systems that will facilitate warehouse processes for e-commerce purposes.

– “The expansion of our tenant in Wrocław South Logistics Hub is proof of the strong position of the Lower Silesian region as a logistics center on the map of Europe. We are proud that we can support the development of the largest global brands by providing them with space that not only meets the highest technological and ecological standards, but also offers a strategic location. This contract is also a confirmation for us that our investment strategy perfectly meets the needs of the largest players on this market," says Damian Kowalczyk, Development Director at Panattoni.

Park Wrocław South Logistics Hub is located in Magnice, 15 km from the center of Wrocław, next to the key S8 routes and the A4 motorway. Thanks to its strategic location, tenants can count on efficient deliveries to the borders with the Czech Republic and Germany in less than two hours.

Panattoni has delivered over 2.1 million sq m of space in the Lower Silesian Voivodeship and has another 168,500 sq m under construction. It is therefore a leading developer in this strategic market.
