China Resources C'estbon Beverage Co. Ltd (C'estbon Beverage), one of China's two leading bottled water brands, has selected Sidel's packaging solution to support its expansion into large format water production.

The C'estbon Beverage brand has sold over 130 billion bottles of water to date. There is strong demand for large bottled water in China and this format is expected to record an annual growth rate of 5.9%.
To contribute to the increased production needed to meet this consumer trend for large format water, C'estbon Beverage has partnered with Sidel, a leading global provider of beverage, food, home and personal care packaging solutions, to creating a solution tailored to its individual needs.
By installing Sidel's complete Combi line, including EvoBLOW XL, SF100 filler, EvoDECO labeler, conveyors, PalLinear packer and palletizer, production increased to 12,000 4.5-litre or 6-litre bottles per hour.

The fastest blower for large PET containers
Boasting over 40 years of experience in packaging and blow molding, Sidel launched the EvoBLOW XL for large containers in September 2023, a multi-market solution that builds on Sidel's proven efficiency.
Available as a stand-alone or integrated combi solution, the EvoBLOW indicates great flexibility, enabling the handling of many types of large bottles.
EvoBLOW XL also achieves high productivity with the industry's highest blowing capacity of up to 18,000 bottles per hour (bph) and a proven overall equipment efficiency (OEE) of 98%. The user-friendly functionality has been designed to ensure efficient equipment changes and offer a high level of flexibility. The ergonomic built-in mold handling tool means setting up heavy molds is simplified and safe.
