Officers from the Police Station in Marcinowice, in the Świdnica district in Lower Silesia, noticed the strange driving style of the driver of the New Holland loader.
A breathalyzer test showed that the 42-year-old set off on the road even though he had previously drank alcohol. The man blew 0.36 per mille of alcohol. Moreover, after checking the police databases, it turned out that his driving license had been withdrawn.
As a result, the 42-year-old will now answer to court for his behavior. He faces a penalty of up to 2 years in prison.
