Who can benefit from funding?
An agricultural producer may benefit from funding:
- which has been assigned an identification number in accordance with the provisions on the national system of records of producers, records of agricultural holdings and records of applications for payments;
- being a micro, small or medium-sized enterprise within the meaning of Annex I to Regulation 2022/2472;
- who purchased, in the year of submitting the application for aid or in the year preceding the year of submitting such an application, at least one purebred beef bull over 13 months of age, for which a zootechnical certificate referred to in Art. 30 of Regulation (EU) 2016/1012 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 8 June 2016 on zootechnical and genealogical conditions for the breeding, trade in and introduction into the territory of the Union of pure-bred breeding animals and hybrid breeding pigs and trade in their germinal products and its introduction into the territory of the Union and amending Regulation (EU) No 652/2014, Council Directives 89/608/EEC and 90/425/EEC and repealing certain acts in the field of animal breeding ('Animal Breeding Regulation') (OJ EU L 171 of 29/06/2016, p. 66, as amended)
An applicant for this support is required to provide confirmation of the purchase in 2024 of at least one purebred beef bull over 13 months old, which has a zootechnical certificate.

What support can you count on?
The amount of aid is the product of PLN 5,000. PLN and the number of bulls purchased. This number cannot be greater than the result of dividing the average number of cows on the farm (in the year preceding the year in which the bull was purchased) by 15. The pool of funds allocated for this support is PLN 5 million.
Applications are accepted until November 30, 2024 by the district offices of the Agency for Restructuring and Modernization of Agriculture. Documents can be submitted directly to branches, sent by registered post or sent electronically – via the ePUAP platform or the mObywatel service on the gov.pl website.
