On July 9, the Eclair Factory cafe, which was operating in the center of Tallinn on Roosikrantsi Street, closed due to several circumstances that were fatal, writes Delfi Ärileht.
The cafe, famous for its eclairs, has closed. “Soon, due to the actions of the mayor’s office, all business in the city center will die out.”
