On July 10, the Management Board of Moliera2 SA concluded lease agreements with PPE Office Piłsudski Square Propco for a commercial premises with a gross area of 643.5 sq m. located on the ground floor of the Metropolitan building at Plac Marszałka Józefa Piłsudzki No. 1 in Warsaw, back-up rooms located on the underground floors of the building, as well as an office space with an area of 663 sq m. located in the Metropolitan building at Plac Marszałka Józefa Piłsudskiego No. 3.
In accordance with market practice, the agreement was concluded for a period of 10 years from December 1, 2025 in the case of a commercial premises and from January 1, 2025 in the case of an office premises.
The company in the Metropolitan building The company plans to create its flagship stationary multi-brand store with "fashion" products from luxury and high premium brands, considering the location to be the most representative place for this type of business in Poland.
It is estimated that the company's liabilities due to rent payments during the entire lease period will amount to approximately PLN 30 million net.
