Extension of export duties on sunflower and soybeans
The decision was made to replace the current ban on rapeseed exports from the country.
In addition, the subcommittee supported the decision to extend the export customs duty on sunflower seeds at 50 percent but not less than 32 thousand rubles per tonne from September 1, 2024 to August 31, 2026, and on soybeans at 20 percent but not less than $100 per tonne.

It is also planned to extend the “floating” export duties on sunflower oil and sunflower meal for the same period.
