The most popular format of soda in non-chain retail is the 1.5-liter bottle. However, its share — 20% of the total number of sales in pieces — has decreased by 3 percentage points compared to last year. Paradoxically, the average price of a 1.5-liter bottle of soda is 78 rubles (+12% over the year) — lower than a liter bottle. There are more manufacturers in this format in the low price segment and sales are held more often.

Analysts also noted that among lemonade lovers there are slightly more women — 60%, men — 40%. Sweet soda is bought by 45% of buyers aged 30–44, 36% — young people aged 18–29, 19% — people aged 45 and older. 55% of soda buyers have children, and 45% do not. Compared to last year, the socio-demographic portrait of the buyer has remained virtually unchanged. Most often, such drinks are bought by women aged 18–29, with an income of 19–45 thousand rubles — with children, they account for 8% of all sales.

The most popular soda is cola flavored, accounting for 24% of all beverage sales in pieces. But the "love" for it varies unevenly in different regions. For example, in the capitals, every 6th bottle of lemonade purchased is cola flavored. In Moscow, the share of cola is 66%, and in St. Petersburg – 64%. At the same time, in Crimea – only 36%, and in Stavropol Krai – only 35%. In some regions, other flavors are preferred. Thus, lemonade flavored soda is preferred in the Tambov, Kirov, Vologda regions, Mordovia, Udmurtia, Khakassia.

In non-chain retail, Cola accounts for a quarter of all soda sales in pieces. In second place are the Lemonade and Orange flavors, with 8% each. The other flavors account for 2% or less.
