According to data “UKasa”, on the last Cyber Monday, which was from 27 to 29 January, the turnover of online platforms increased in annual expressions by 9%, and the average check by 17%, to 1521 rubles. In the same time the number of payments decreased by 7%.
“The decrease in payments may be related to the fact that consumers have been making more point purchases, but at higher prices: “Many many postpone the sales period of serious purchases,” considers the head of sales of Yukasa Nikita Tsoi.
In compared with 2023 year the turnover of marketplaces on Cyber Monday increased by 40%, the number of payments -by 18%, and the average check by 19%.
