The new asset includes up to 20,000 m² of production space in the Leningrad region, including auxiliary ones: storage and loading of house kits. The plant's capacity allows it to produce more than 400 houses per year. The plant has been on the market of house kits for more than 20 years.
As the company's press service said, TechnoNIKOL intends to preserve all the technological developments of the enterprise and offer the market a premium series of Scandic projects. At the initial stage, the series will feature 10 projects with current areas ranging from 80 to 150 m². Design solutions not only comply with Russian standards, but also have a quality certificate from the Norwegian research institute Sintef Byggforsk.
“The development of low-rise housing construction is one of the company’s priority activities. The acquisition of a new asset was a systematic step, which, taking into account the company’s many years of experience in operating thermal insulation and roofing systems, will allow it to take a leadership position in the segment of prefabricated house kits , roofing and wall panels , ” commented Sergey Kolesnikov, co-owner and managing partner of Technonikol .
The plant will supply finished products to both Russia and the CIS countries. The company plans to produce all series of house kits at two factories of the corporation.
