The founder of the online marketplace Wildberries, Tatyana Bakalchuk, spoke in her personal Telegram channel about personnel changes and appointments within the company and the new merged company RVB LLC .

“Many of my colleagues who built the company with me continue to work. The backbone of my team, my support remains with me – with the same or expanded functionality,” wrote the founder of Wildberries.
Bakalchuk noted that she decided to talk about the appointments at Wildberries herself because of “unverified rumors about a new round of development of the company.” The head of the united legal service will be, in her words, “one of the best lawyers in Russia,” Andrey Dontsov.
Russ Commercial Director Boris Peshnyak “will combine the experience of two advertising teams to create new unique products for our partners.” Advertising platform director Lyudmila Marlier and Russ sales director Yuri Usoltsev will work with him, Bakalchuk added.
Katya Sotnik, who has been with the company for 13 years, and Zhenya Busarev, who has been with the team for 9 years, will develop systems for interaction between entrepreneurs and the Wildberries platform. The executive director of the marketplace, Kristina Spireva, will remain in her position and expand her functionality.
In June 2024, the Wildberries marketplace and the largest outdoor advertising operator in Russia, Russ Group, announced a merger.
