Deputy Mayor of the capital Pärtel-Peeter Pere (Reform Party) no longer considers the original plan to replace all outdated waste bins in Tallinn with containers reasonable. Our society, in his opinion, is not yet mature enough to install street containers for waste sorting everywhere, which would be an unjustified waste of funds.
