Swedbank’s Jõhvi branch has 10 employees. In addition to customer service, there is also a back office with 41 employees who perform various tasks at the bank in addition to customer service. “When building the new office and the new branch premises, we were guided by the principles of sustainable development. For example, we recycled office furniture, sorted waste, used only LED lighting and planted plants.
