What year in this time we experience fewer supply of archers and higher demand for them, among other things. because of the insertion for Christmas Easter and higher demand from southern countries. This is why every year there are from December to March fewer carcasses on the market and their prices are usually increasing. Th this year we have had two unexpected declines, which were caused by uncertainty in the market after the flu outbreak, now however demand has increased, m. in. from the southern countries, and to the surprise of breeders the Danes have raised prices. Breeders react to this at times cautiously, because it is said that in the first half of 2025 year. prices will not recover too much, but predicting anything is today very difficult – Marked Bilski.
