The chairman of the Pro Ametiühing (former Estonian Union of Communication and Service Workers Kadri Kangur noted that postmen are delivering magazines, newspapers and letters of various types and importance in all kinds of weather.
“Let’s not take into count cities where winter roads and streets are in satisfactory condition, but beyond their borders does not work as it should. It also provides a service of call the postman to the home,
