The problem of too few hands to work in stores is becoming critical. Employers estimate that they are short of PLN 200,000. cashiers and cashiers. Alfred Bujara, head of Solidarity trade, emphasizes that these shortcomings are much greater. As a result, people employed in stores work much beyond their strength and do practically everything.
Staff in discount stores and other large stores are overloaded with work. Will cashiers and cashiers go on strike en masse?
