The Polish fashion group LPP will open a Sinsay brand store in the Gallery Green shopping and entertainment center, which is being built by Epicenter K in the village of Chabany, Kyiv region.
As the press service of the Epicenter company told RAU , the company’s first full-fledged shopping center is preparing to open at the end of 2024. The total area of the project will be 96,000 sq. m. m, and rental – 62,000 sq. m. Of which 51,500 sq. m will be occupied by the Epicenter itself, and another 3000 sq. m – Epiland family amusement park. Now it has become known that a number of more tenants of the shopping gallery have been attracted. Including one of the largest fashion retailers in Eastern Europe – the Polish group LPP. The company will open a large Sinsay store in the Gallery Green shopping center, occupying more than 1,130 square meters. m area.

Therefore, we are pleased to announce the opening of the Sinsay store in the Gallery Green shopping center, one of the most popular brands of clothing, shoes and accessories in Ukraine,” commented Katerina Vesna , head of the shopping center development department at Epicenter K.
“In cooperation with Epicenter K, we see great opportunities for synergy and mutual growth. Our interest in opening a store in Chabany is due to a number of advantages that the Gallery Green shopping center will have. First of all, these are powerful anchor tenants in the form of retail formats of the Epicenter chain and the Epiland amusement park. They will ensure high visitor traffic and stability of operation of both the Sinsay store and the entire shopping and entertainment complex,” noted General Director of LPP Ukraine Yarema Ivakhiv .
The developer Gallery Green also announced the involvement of a number of other retail operators in the project. Among them are brands such as Victoria Secret (95 sq. m), Famo (76 sq. m), Brabrabra (50 sq. m), Secunda (32 sq. m) and others. In addition, the concept of the shopping center provides for the opening of a food court, which has already been joined by Lviv Croissants (52 sq. m), the Menya Musashi restaurant (69 sq. m) and the cozy Brewsel cafe (26 sq. m).
Additionally, Gallery Green will have a Food Market grocery supermarket with an area of 3,000 sq. m. m with their own restaurants, which will have access to the lake in the courtyard of the shopping center. Other shopping gallery operators include Intersport (1,500 sq. m) and the children's store E.Pic (1,600 sq. m).
Let us remind you that in parallel with the construction of the Gallery Green shopping center, Epicenter K is working on the launch of two more large shopping and entertainment centers. In particular, it is planned to open the Gallery Bucha shopping center with a total area of 97,000 sq. m. in 2025. m, and in 2027 – the Gallery Lviv shopping center from GBA about 280,000 sq. m.
