Russian authorities agreed on a deal at a price of up to 125 million euros without a buyback option. The maximum production capacity of the enterprise is 225 thousand cars per year. Recently, the plant in Kaluga produced three models: the Volkswagen Tiguan crossover, the Volkswagen Polo and Skoda Rapid liftbacks. In March 2022, local production and import of Volkswagen and Skoda cars into our country was stopped.
