On May 29, 2024, the first large stores began operating in the CHERVENSKY shopping and entertainment center: the Green hypermarket and the NewYorker clothing store opened their doors to their first customers. Gradually, other stores will open in the shopping center, as well as entertainment areas and a food court. The full opening of the shopping center is planned for the third quarter of 2024.
The opening of Green and NewYorker is the first important step towards the official launch of the entire CHERVENSKY shopping center. The launch of two anchor retail outlets will help attract the attention of potential buyers and form a permanent audience of visitors to the new center. And for residents of adjacent residential areas, the early opening of a large grocery hypermarket will provide a new opportunity for comfortable daily shopping.

The Green hypermarket is located on the zero level of the CHERVENSKY shopping center. It is equipped with 26 cash registers. The new store is open from 08:00 to 23:00 every day, offering the Green chain’s traditional selection of quality food products and a wide range of its own brands, including semi-finished and ready-made culinary products.
The NewYorker store will feature the entire range of fashionable youth men's and women's clothing and accessories from the German brand of the same name. The new store will be the largest in the NewYorker chain in Belarus: its area is 1,400 sq.m.
In honor of the opening of the first stores, visitors can expect special offers and promotions: tastings of meat delicacies and cakes, promotional codes for discounts, gift bonus cards from Green, as well as special bonuses from 10 to 30 rubles for purchases at NewYorker.
The investment group RAPA is responsible for the construction of the CHERVENSKY shopping center on the site of the former Minsk market at the intersection of Mayakovsky and Aranskaya streets. It is she who, in addition to designing, constructing and managing shopping centers in different cities of Belarus, is developing the Green hypermarket chain and is the exclusive representative of the NewYorker brand in the republic within the framework of the Rapa Fashion project.
“CHERVENSKY SEC is the eighth and largest of the projects we have implemented. Due to its convenient location in close proximity to major city highways and an extensive transport network, it is within 15-minute accessibility for 1.4 million residents of Minsk – about 70% of its population. We strive to open a new way of shopping for them as quickly as possible, and that is why we are starting the opening of the shopping center with the launch of two flagship stores, including a large grocery hypermarket of the Green chain. In the near future, they will be joined by a variety of retail facilities, entertainment areas, a food court – everything necessary for shopping, relaxation and interesting pastime,” commented Nadezhda Zalevskaya, Deputy Director for Development of the RAPA Investment Group.
The total area of the CHERVENSKY shopping center will be about 63 thousand square meters. m., of which more than 43 thousand sq. m. are reserved for shopping areas. The architectural concept, developed by leading European architects, includes both a carefully thought-out interior space and a comfortable external environment. A carefully planned layout of the adjacent territory with convenient exits and entrances to the shopping center from all sides of the roadway, aesthetic landscaping, recreation areas and pedestrian paths – all this not only creates a convenient space for visitors to the shopping center, but also creates a comfortable and modern urban environment as a whole. In addition, the territory of the Chervensky shopping center provides free underground parking and outdoor parking with a total capacity of 1,000 cars.
The festive opening is planned for the second half of 2024, along with the full launch of the shopping and entertainment center.
